Workep - remarkable project management tool available to everyone

As I already mentioned, Workep is very successful attempt of integrating several basic Google services under a project management hood.
However, in my mind, it needs a couple of important amendments, namely:
Good luck for the Workep Team.

However, in my mind, it needs a couple of important amendments, namely:
- A folder of Google Drive is created every time when you create a project. The name of this folder begins with the project title then following with a dash and the organization title - <proj_title-org_title>. It is not consistent because when you sort folders in your Google Drive space by names you would expect they would be grouped by Organizations. But today it does not work. In order to amend this I would suggest at least to make a swap of the project title and the organization title in the folder name. So we would finally see the following - <org_title-proj_title>. Furthermore, the even better solution would be to create (on Google Drive) a single Project subfolder in a single Organization folder in such a way: <My disk/org_title/proj_title>. As the result a user would get a much more consistent and managable structure of the team document space. As a result, the user can organize and sustain the sync, backup and user access control procedures for such a structure with much less efforts.
- Another amendment concerns visibility of projects. As a manager of multiple projects I need that every teammate involved in a project (or several projects) was not able to see all other projects of an organization, which this project belongs to and in which he/she has not been invited. It is very important for several reasons. First, the teammate does not need any information that may distract him/her from performing his/her main tasks. When the organisation perform several dozen or hundred projects it would be very inconvenient to seek own projects in a pile of others. Another reason is information security. Every teammate has to be able to see precisely what is of his/her direct concern, no more. Today's version of Workep gives for anybody viewing capability of all the projects of the organization with no respect to personal involvement. This feature, in my view, has to be amended as described above or at least in such a way that it can be controlled as an option from the admin setting panel.
- The third comment is rather a point from the wishlist of feature requests. Although Workep is quite successful in integration of several basic Google services: Drive, Calendar and Hangouts. However, in the latter list one can notice the lack of Google Contacts. Making the groups of Contacts sharable inside the teams would give much more power for users and competition advantages for Workep.
Conclusion
We are inclined to seriously consider Workep implementation as a basement for the project management environment of our University after the two first comments above would have been taken into account.
Good luck for the Workep Team.
